These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NearMatch app. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
NearMatch is currently operated by Avnish Yadav, an individual founder — NearMatch is not yet incorporated as a separate legal entity. References to "we", "us", and "NearMatch" in these Terms mean Avnish Yadav, operating the NearMatch app and website.
You must be at least 18 years old to use NearMatch. By signing up, you affirmatively confirm you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate. We may verify this through an optional AI-based selfie check.
When using NearMatch, you agree not to:
Violations may be reported by other users and reviewed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
NearMatch provides tools to block and report other users. Blocking a user prevents future matches or messages between you and them. Reports are reviewed and may result in account action against the reported user.
You retain ownership of the photos, bio, and messages you post. By posting content, you grant NearMatch the limited right to display it to other users as part of normal app functionality (for example, showing your photo to people you match with).
NearMatch offers optional paid Premium plans in addition to the free tier. Monthly plans renew automatically and are billed via Razorpay until you cancel; the 3-month plan is a one-time payment that does not auto-renew. Full details on billing, cancellation, and refunds are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
NearMatch provides a platform for meeting people. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, or the accuracy of other users' profiles, and we are not responsible for interactions that occur outside the app.
You may stop using NearMatch and request account deletion at any time through our Support page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
NearMatch is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including interactions with other users.
For complaints about content, other users, or how a report was handled, contact our Grievance Officer, whose name and contact details are published in our Privacy Policy. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of NearMatch are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through our Support page.
